Unit Head – Spinning | Arvind Ltd.Location: Dhar District, Indore, Madhya PradeshArvind Ltd. is setting up a new spinning plant in Dhar district, PM MItra Park and is looking for an experienced Unit Head – Spinning to lead the plant operations and build a high-performing manufacturing unit.Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end spinning operations, from commissioning to production stabilization.
- Drive productivity, quality, efficiency, cost and capacity utilization.
- Lead plant commissioning, process improvements and operational excellence.
- Build and develop a solid technical and operations team.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and environmental standards.




- Partner with Projects, Engineering, HR, Finance and other functions to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology.
- 15–20+ years of experience in spinning operations.
- Experience in plant commissioning / greenfield projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spinning technology, quality, productivity and cost management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and a business-oriented mindset.
