As General Manager of Restaurant operations at Amar Khamar, you are responsible for:

- Overall functioning and managing of a group of restaurants,
- Supervise individual operations in cooperation with the senior restaurant team comprising of kitchen and service members,
- Managing targeted P&L; of individual restaurants while working on the development of long-term strategy of the brand,
- Coordinating with the Kitchen leadership for current menu development and continuous improvement in the quality of food served,




- Coordinating with the service teams for achieving the highest possible standard in guest relationship management,
- Ensuring recruitment of quality manpower in coordination with the HR team.

Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi. Minimum Qualification: Degree in the area of Hospitality is desired

Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant work experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
