G M Fabrics is hiring "General Manger Sales" for Upholstery division.

Job Location: Marol, Andheri(E)

Job Role:

- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive topline growth across upholstery fabrics, furniture coverings etc
- Identify new markets, channels, and customer segments (PAN India). Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors etc
- Work closely with merchandising, design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution of orders
- Align customer commitments with production capacity and delivery timelines
- Support new product launches and collections
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and annual operating plans
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions
- Provide regular MIS, market insights,



and performance reports to senior management
- Strengthen distribution networks and retail partnerships

Qualifications, Experience & Skill sets :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12–18+ years of sales experience in upholstery, home textiles, furnishings, or related industries
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and key accounts
- Robust leadership and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
- Customer-centric and result-oriented mindset
