Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to manage the overall operations, business development, and revenue growth of Goa,

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills and experience in hospitality, MICE, convention centres, or large event venues.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and revenue through sports events, corporate conventions, exhibitions, concerts, and cultural events.
- Build relationships with event organizers, corporate clients, sports federations, and sponsors.
- Manage stadium operations, maintenance, vendors, and event execution.
- Handle P&L;, budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
- Lead operational teams and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.




- Coordinate with government authorities for event permissions and regulatory compliance.
- Develop strategies to maximize venue utilization and profitability.

Candidate Requirements
- 17+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, MICE, convention centres, premium hotels/resorts, or large event venues.
- Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
- Experience managing large-scale events with 2,000+ attendees.
- Strong financial, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Goa’s tourism and event industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
