- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, and target achievements.
- Generate current leads and develop client relationships.
- Oversee client meetings, property/site visits, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer relationship teams.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
