Functions / Day to day activities:

- Oversee day-to-day execution of agency operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, HR department, Marketing Department, and others.

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.

- Collaborate with the business development team to showcase the agency’s capabilities and strengths.

- Develop, monitor, and optimize HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

- Identify recent market opportunities and revenue streams.

- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and ensure high retention.

- Strategize and implement plans for acquiring new clients.

- Resolve client concerns effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Supervise all office operations, ensuring efficiency and resource management.

- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to all departments.

- Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to optimize workflow.





- Ensure a positive work culture and employee engagement.

- Be responsible for the smooth running of the company.

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, operations, and team management.

- Experience in the advertising, digital marketing, media, or creative industry is preferred.

- Proven experience in managing multiple departments and handling business operations.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee management, performance evaluation, and labour law compliance.

- Experience in business planning, client relationship management, and revenue growth strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
