✅ Requirements:
✔ MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field
✔ 15–20 Years of Progressive HR Experience
✔ Minimum 5 Years of HR Experience in Real Estate Industry
✔ Strong Exposure to Talent Management, Employee Relations & Organizational Development
✔ Excellent Stakeholder Management & Leadership Skills
✔ Robust Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies & Compliance
