Role Description The General Manager Finance will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for Crown Lifters Limited. This full-time, in office role based in Mumbai involves leading the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and maintaining strong internal controls. The role includes monitoring financial performance, analyzing variances, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

The General Manager

Finance will manage compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinate with auditors,



and optimize working capital and cost structures. This position also contributes to long-term financial planning, risk management, and the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Finance and Accounting, with experience managing end-to-end financial operations in a mid- to large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Robust Analytical Skills to assess financial performance, identify trends, manage risks, and support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor Internal Controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA Finance are preferred.
- Experience in asset-heavy, project-based, or industrial services businesses (e.g., equipment leasing, construction, infrastructure) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting tools is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
