General Manager Hospital Integrations & Strategic Partnerships

Company: iLive Connect | IHD Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Delhi NCR (National Responsibility)

Reporting to: CEO / Promoter

Experience: 12–20 years

Industry: Healthcare Technology | Medical Devices | Hospital Solutions | Digital Health | Connected Care

About iLive Connect iLive Connect is a physician-led, technology-enabled healthcare platform delivering 247 continuity of care through its Clinical Command Center.

Our solutions include

- iLive Recover: Post-hospital discharge care across cardiology, cardiac surgery, pulmonology, critical care, oncology and other specialties.
- iLive Care: Continuous care programs for diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease and other chronic conditions.
- iLive Heart Check: Extended ECG monitoring and cardiac rhythm assessment.
- iLive Prevent: Preventive and proactive health management.

We are building a nationwide healthcare delivery network through partnerships with corporate hospitals, hospital chains, medical-device distributors, insurance companies, government healthcare institutions and corporate organizations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly accomplished healthcare business leader who can rapidly integrate iLive Connect into hospitals and healthcare networks across India.

The ideal candidate must have personally managed large-scale hospital partnerships or medical technology integrations, with an established network of decision-makers across India’s leading hospital chains and healthcare distribution ecosystem.

This is a business-building and execution role, not simply a relationship management or conventional sales position.

The candidate will be responsible for opening institutional relationships, negotiating partnerships, operationalizing integrations and driving sustainable subscription volumes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital Chain Partnerships & Integration — Primary Responsibility

* Identify, approach and establish strategic relationships with leading corporate hospital chains, multispecialty hospitals and regional hospital networks across India.
- Leverage existing relationships with hospital promoters, CEOs, COOs, medical directors, business heads and senior clinical leadership to accelerate decision-making.
- Lead negotiations, commercial agreements and onboarding of hospital partners.
- Drive the integration of iLive Connect into hospital discharge processes, post-operative care programs, chronic disease management and specialty-specific clinical pathways.
- Collaborate with hospital clinical, nursing, discharge, finance and IT teams to establish operational workflows.
- Coordinate with iLive’s clinical and technology teams for dashboards, referral systems, hospital information-system connectivity and program deployment.
- Ensure every hospital partnership transitions from signed agreement to actual operational implementation and consistent patient subscriptions.
- Develop a standardized hospital integration model that can be rapidly replicated across multiple hospital locations.

1. Nationwide Medical Device & Healthcare Distribution Network

* Identify, recruit and establish partnerships with medical-device distributors, hospital equipment suppliers, healthcare solution distributors and institutional sales networks across India.
- Prioritize distributors with established relationships in cardiology, ICU, pulmonology, diagnostics, patient monitoring and hospital services.
- Develop regional distribution partnerships capable of introducing and implementing iLive Connect across multiple hospitals.
- Negotiate channel agreements, commercial structures, performance commitments and territory strategies.
- Build an effective nationwide distribution network without creating an unnecessarily large direct sales organization.
- Ensure distributor partnerships deliver operational hospital accounts and measurable subscription revenue, rather than introductions alone.

1. Insurance Companies, TPAs & Institutional Payers

* Build strategic relationships with health insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), employee health-benefit providers and other institutional payers.
- Explore the inclusion of iLive post-discharge and chronic care programs within eligible insurance, healthcare and care-management offerings.
- Develop partnerships with organizations involved in hospital discharge perks, disease management, wellness and preventive health programs.
- Work with internal teams to develop commercially viable and compliant reimbursement and service models.

1. Government, PSU & Institutional Healthcare Partnerships

* Explore partnerships with central and state government healthcare systems, public-sector organizations and institutional healthcare networks.
- Pursue relevant opportunities involving CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, railway healthcare systems and state health programs, subject to applicable procurement and reimbursement rules.
- Build relationships with government healthcare administrators, institutional procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Lead suitable pilot proposals, tenders, empanelment opportunities and institutional agreements.

1. Corporate Healthcare Partnerships

* Establish relationships with large corporations, employers and corporate health-benefit providers.
- Develop opportunities for employee preventive health, chronic disease care, cardiac screening and executive healthcare programs.
- Explore partnerships with insurers, brokers and corporate healthcare intermediaries to scale adoption.

1. National Rollout & Revenue Ownership

* Build and execute a structured national hospital integration and distribution expansion plan.
- Identify priority hospital networks and geographic markets for rapid expansion.
- Lead a lean team of regional partnership managers, channel managers and hospital activation personnel.
- Establish clear accountability for hospital onboarding, implementation timelines, subscriptions and revenue.
- Develop repeatable operating procedures to accelerate implementation across hospital groups.
- Monitor commercial performance, partner productivity, subscription growth and contribution margins.
- Coordinate closely with iLive’s 247 Clinical Command Center to ensure operational readiness and service quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

- 12–20 years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, hospital enterprise solutions, diagnostics, connected care, home healthcare or healthcare services.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and scaling partnerships with large hospital chains or hospital networks.
- Existing senior-level relationships within major Indian corporate hospital groups.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating hospital agreements and converting them into operational deployments and recurring commercial business.
- Strong knowledge of hospital procurement, clinical decision-making, administration, discharge processes and healthcare commercial models.
- Experience managing distributor or channel-partner networks across multiple Indian regions.
- Ability to independently open new institutional accounts and drive deals through to implementation.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, relationship management and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Strongly Preferred

- Experience in hospital patient-monitoring systems, medical devices, digital health platforms, post-discharge services or connected-care solutions.
- Experience scaling healthcare products through hospital chains, national distribution networks or institutional partnerships.

- Established contacts with insurers, TPAs, government healthcare agencies, PSUs or large corporate healthcare buyers.
- Experience building national healthcare partnerships in a high-growth startup or an established medical technology company.
- Prior responsibility for revenue, national strategic accounts or a nationwide commercial function.

Relevant Industry Backgrounds

Candidates may come from senior enterprise-sales, hospital-solutions, strategic-partnerships or channel leadership roles in organizations such as:
- Medical devices and hospital technology: Medtronic, Abbott, Philips, GE HealthCare, Boston Scientific, Siemens Healthineers and similar organizations.
- Connected care and healthcare technology: Remote patient management, digital health, health monitoring and hospital technology companies.
- Home healthcare and post-discharge services: Established companies delivering clinical services through hospital partnerships.
- Diagnostics and institutional healthcare services: Organizations with established hospital relationships and nationwide healthcare distribution networks.

Key Performance Indicators The successful candidate will be assessed on measurable business outcomes:
1. Number of hospital chains and individual hospital units successfully integrated.
2. Number of operationally active hospitals generating paid subscriptions, not merely signed agreements.
3. Time taken from initial engagement to first patient enrollment.
4. Monthly subscription volume and revenue generated through hospital partnerships.
5. Number and productivity of active regional distribution partners.
6. Successful expansion from initial hospital approvals to multiple units within the same chain.
7. Strategic insurance, government and corporate partnerships converted into operational commercial programs.
8. Commercial contribution and sustainable growth of the national partner network.

First 30 Days

We are looking for someone who can enter a major hospital chain, secure leadership approval, operationalize iLive Connect across multiple hospital units, establish sustainable patient enrollment workflows and replicate that model nationwide.

The ideal leader will combine strong institutional relationships with entrepreneurial execution and a demonstrated ability to build a scalable healthcare distribution business.

Compensation

Competitive compensation comprising fixed salary and significant performance-linked incentives, aligned with successfully activated hospital networks .
