URGENT HIRING | GM / DGM – COMMERCIAL MARKETING and LEASING for a Reputed Real Estate Developer

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

CTC: Up to ₹45 LPA (GM) | Up to ₹30 LPA (DGM)

Role Overview

Seeking dynamic real estate professionals with strong expertise in Commercial Leasing, Current Business Acquisition and Business Development to drive fresh leasing transactions and revenue growth across commercial, retail and mixed-use assets.

Key Responsibilities: Drive new leasing and occupier acquisition. Generate business through corporates, IPCs, brokers and channel partners. Lead commercial negotiations and close leasing deals. Develop leasing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Build strong local market networks and identify new opportunities. Manage lease renewals and existing tenant relationships.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing / Commercial Real Estate.

GM: Minimum 7 years





DGM: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong experience in New Leasing / Fresh Business Acquisition is mandatory.

Experience in commercial office, retail or mixed-use assets preferred.

Strong Bangalore market knowledge and established broker / corporate networks.

Graduate / MBA preferred. Kannada language skills preferred.

Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
