About Us

Trusbee is a Patna-based care service recognized under the Bihar Startup Policy. Families book our trained, police-verified helpers, called Bees, for hospital visits, elderly care and urgent help through the Trusbee app or WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

- Help patients get in and out of bed, sit, stand and walk
- Assist with personal needs such as washroom use and changing clothes [as per the service booked]
- Help with feeding and drinking water
- Keep the bed, linen and patient area clean and tidy
- Give company and emotional support, especially to elderly or anxious patients
- Take patients to hospitals, labs and doctor visits, and handle queues,



billing and paperwork
- Follow Trusbee’s PIN-based visit process and wear the uniform and ID
- Never handle a customer’s cash, cards or valuables, and never give medicines

Requirements

- GDA certificate
- Minimum 10th pass
- Experience in patient care
- Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
