About Sky Dental Clinics:

We are looking for an experienced General Dentist to join our Yelahanka branch and contribute to excellent clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and the smooth functioning of daily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Independently perform general dental procedures, including scaling and root planing, restorations, extractions, and routine root canal treatments, within the scope of clinical competence.
- Evaluate treatment options and communicate diagnoses, procedures, costs, and preventive care recommendations clearly to patients.
- Handle routine dental emergencies and provide appropriate initial management.
- Identify cases requiring specialist intervention and coordinate referrals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes, treatment plans, informed consent, and follow-up documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, clinical safety, and ethical practice protocols.
- Coordinate with dental assistants and front-office staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.
- Monitor treatment follow-ups, support patient retention, and maintain high standards of clinical service.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization,



and readiness of the dental operatory.
- Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and continuing career development activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- BDS degree from a recognized dental institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Dental Council.
- Minimum 3 years of post-BDS clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Strong diagnostic, treatment-planning, and hands-on clinical skills.
- Proficiency in routine restorative, periodontal, and minor oral surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication, patient counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage patients independently and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional conduct, ethical decision-making, and a patient-first approach.
