We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional for a growing Ayurvedic Healthcare & Wellness Organization in Kochi.

Position: General Manager – Business & Operations

Location: Kochi (with travel across branches and markets)

Experience: 8–15 years, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Qualification: MBA/PGDM preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Depend upon last CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee business operations across sales, marketing, customer service, HR and finance coordination.
- Drive sales growth, revenue generation and business performance.
- Develop business strategies, departmental targets and operational processes.
- Monitor budgets, profitability, performance metrics and overall business results.
- Lead teams, improve operational efficiency and ensure coordination across departments.




- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

- 8–15 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong background in sales, revenue growth and team management.
- Experience managing multiple business functions and building operational processes.
- Experience in D2C, wellness, healthcare, beauty or personal care is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred; Hindi is an advantage.
