Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee daily operations of the jewelry manufacturing unit, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.

- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

- Collaborate with designers to develop new products and collections that meet market demands.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in general management or a related field (jewelry manufacturing preferred).

- Robust understanding of business processes improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.

- Proven track record in developing operational plans and executing them effectively.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
