Job Summary

We are seeking expressions of interest from accomplished senior executives with extensive experience in leading Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), shared services ecosystems and large-scale international delivery operations.

The leadership profile requires a professional who can combine strategic business vision with execution excellence, establish high-performing global delivery models and build scalable organisational capabilities that directly contribute to enterprise growth.

Professionals should have demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-geography operations, influencing global stakeholders, driving digital transformation and delivering sustainable operational and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic direction for large-scale GCC operations, aligning delivery capabilities, organisational priorities and investment decisions with global business objectives.
- Lead the establishment, expansion and transformation of Global Capability Centres, creating scalable operating models that support long-term enterprise growth.
- Assume executive accountability for operational performance, delivery excellence, financial management, governance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage geographically distributed teams and multifunctional delivery portfolios encompassing technology, business operations, analytics and enterprise support services.
- Drive end-to-end transformation programmes focused on productivity enhancement, automation, operational efficiency and service delivery optimisation.
- Formulate and execute strategic roadmaps for capability development, technology adoption,



workforce planning and organisational scalability.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with global business leaders, ensuring continuous alignment between delivery operations and enterprise priorities.
- Establish performance governance structures covering delivery quality, service-level commitments, operational risks, financial effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Drive strategic resource allocation, cost optimisation, budgeting and financial performance across global delivery portfolios.
- Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, intelligent automation and emerging technologies to improve business performance.
- Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, organisational restructuring and operating-model transformation programmes.
- Develop high-performing leadership teams through talent development, succession planning and strong performance management frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to expand the organisation's delivery footprint, introduce new service capabilities and improve its strategic contribution to global operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, information security standards, business continuity frameworks and corporate governance policies.
- Represent the organisation in strategic discussions involving global leadership, business partners and external stakeholders.

Ideal Leadership Profile Professionals with experience managing large teams, complex global delivery portfolios and strategic transformation programmes. Solid exposure to international stakeholder management, P&L; responsibility, business scalability and enterprise-level decision-making is preferred.
