Position: Collection Executive - BDC (Off Roll)
Location: Amritsar
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Handle tele-calling and field collection activities.
- Achieve collection targets and reduce delinquency.
- Update collection records and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with branch and credit teams for recovery cases.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 Months+ Years of experience in collections, recovery, tele-calling, or customer service.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Local area knowledge of Amritsar preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
