Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and assist them in the showroom, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
2. Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and space requirements to recommend suitable furniture and interior products.
3. Explain product features, materials, finishes, designs, quality, and pricing to customers.
4. Handle customer inquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and convert inquiries into sales.
5. Maintain solid relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and other relevant professionals.
6. Stay updated on furniture designs, interior trends, materials, and competitor offerings.
7. Maintain an organized showroom and ensure products are displayed professionally.
8. Coordinate with the internal team regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
10. Share customer feedback and market insights with management to support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in furniture sales, interior sales, or a furniture showroom is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of furniture products, interior materials, designs, and finishes.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidates: Individuals currently working or previously employed in furniture showrooms, interior product companies, modular furniture brands, or interior design firms with sales experience. Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
