Job Title: Fundraising Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fundraising Executive to support our NGO’s fundraising activities. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with donors, raising funds for social welfare projects, and helping the organization achieve its fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential individual donors, corporate donors, CSR partners, and funding agencies.
- Make calls, send emails, and follow up with prospective donors.
- Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and social impact to potential donors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new donors.
- Support fundraising campaigns, donor meetings, events, and outreach activities.
- Assist in preparing fundraising proposals, presentations, and donor reports.
- Maintain donor databases, follow-up records, and fundraising activity reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to achieve monthly and annual fundraising targets.




- Ensure proper documentation and transparency in donor communication.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in fundraising, telecalling, sales, marketing, donor relations, or NGO work will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and engage potential donors professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a team.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
