Spectral Consultants is hiring | Fund Accounting (Private Equity)-Senior/DM/Manager for one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms.

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Experience: 4 years to 10 Years

We are considering candidates across the following experience levels:

- Senior: 4+ years
- Deputy Manager: 6+ years
- Manager: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Private Equity fund accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Review NAV calculations, fund valuations, financial statements, and investor reporting
- Ensure accurate accounting of fund transactions, income, expenses, and investor allocations
- Review audit schedules and financial reporting in line with US GAAP
- Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and maintain service quality.Lead,



mentor, and develop team members while ensuring productivity and accuracy
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

- 4 to 8+ years years of experience in Fund Accounting (Private Equity).
- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of PE fund structures, NAV, and investor reporting.
- Experience in team management, client servicing, and review of deliverables.
- Good understanding of US GAAP and fund accounting systems.
- Solid analytical and Excel skills.
