Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Funding Executive with hands-on experience in debt funding, investor relations, and financial analysis. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential funding sources, building relationships with investors and financial institutions, analysing financial statements, and supporting the company in securing debt funding to meet its business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Funding: Identify and explore debt funding opportunities through banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, private lenders, and other funding sources.

Investor Relations: Connect with potential investors and lenders, present funding requirements, maintain relationships, and follow up on funding proposals.

Financial Analysis: Analyse balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports to assess funding requirements and financial performance.

Funding Proposals: Prepare funding proposals, financial summaries, company profiles, and supporting documents for lenders and investors.

Liaison & Negotiation: Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial intermediaries regarding loan terms, interest rates, documentation, and disbursement.





Documentation & Due Diligence: Coordinate the preparation of financial documents, conduct preliminary financial assessments, and support lender due diligence.

Funding Pipeline Management: Track funding applications, maintain investor databases, monitor proposal status, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Finance & Accounts team and management to collect financial information and execute funding requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

1–4 years of relevant experience in debt funding, corporate finance, fundraising, or investor relations.

Practical experience communicating with investors, banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions for funding.

Solid understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and financial ratios.

Good financial modelling, Excel, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop funding networks, follow up effectively, and work towards funding targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with proven hands-on experience in arranging debt funding, building investor and lender connections, analysing company financials, and coordinating funding transactions will be preferred.
