About the Role

We are looking for a Fundamental Research Analyst who enjoys studying companies and finding good investment opportunities. The person should have a good understanding of financial statements, business models, industries, and stock valuation.

The role includes researching listed companies, preparing research reports, preparing market updates and answering client queries.

Key Responsibilities

Equity Research

- Research listed companies and identify good investment opportunities.
- Understand the company's business, management, financial performance, and future growth.
- Prepare detailed research reports and investment notes.
- Build and update financial models and company valuations.
- Track companies after recommending them and update the research whenever required.

Research Content & Market Updates

- Write daily and weekly market newsletters.
- Prepare sector updates and industry reports.
- Write research articles, blogs, and investment insights for clients and investors.
- Prepare earnings updates, result summaries, and key highlights after quarterly results.
- Work with the Marketing and Product teams to create educational and research-based content for the website, mobile app, emails, and social media.

Client Interaction





- Speak with clients over the phone or in online meetings to answer stock-related queries.
- Explain the reason behind our stock recommendations in simple language.
- Work closely with the Relationship Management team to resolve client queries on time.

Mandatory Certifications The candidate must have the following valid NISM certifications before joining:

- NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification Examination
- NISM-Series-X-A: Investment Adviser (Level 1) Certification Examination
- NISM-Series-X-B: Investment Adviser (Level 2) Certification Examination

Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of fundamental analysis.
- Good understanding of financial statements and valuation methods.
- Good Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
