The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is particularly robust in frontend development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

You should understand the technologies you work with, be comfortable solving problems independently, and be capable of building features from scratch without depending on AI coding agents.

You will primarily work on frontend applications while also contributing to API integration, backend functionality, and database-related tasks when required.

We are looking for someone who knows how to code—not just how to prompt AI to write code.

Key Responsibilities

- Build responsive, high-quality web applications using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Develop reusable components and maintain clean, maintainable frontend architecture.
- Convert product requirements and UI designs into functional, polished user interfaces.
- Integrate APIs and handle data fetching, forms, authentication, loading states, and errors.
- Debug issues independently and understand the root cause instead of relying on AI-generated fixes.
- Write efficient, readable, and type-safe code.
- Understand application performance, rendering behavior, and frontend optimization.
- Contribute to backend development and API integration when needed.
- Work on geospatial interfaces, maps,



location-based data, and land-related workflows.
- Take ownership of assigned features from understanding the requirement to implementation, testing, and delivery.

Required Technical Skills1. JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including closures, promises, async/await, scope, and array/object operations.
- Good understanding of TypeScript types, interfaces, generics, and type safety.
- Ability to write and debug code independently.

1. React.js

- Strong understanding of components, props, state, hooks, and rendering.
- Knowledge of state management, forms, event handling, and component composition.
- Understanding of re-renders, component lifecycle concepts, and performance optimization.

1. Next.js

- Familiarity with the App Router, layouts, routing, and nested routes.
- Understanding of Server Components and Client Components.
- Knowledge of data fetching, rendering strategies, caching, and API integration.
- Ability to structure and build production-ready applications.

1. Tailwind CSS and CSS

- Strong understanding of CSS fundamentals, Flexbox, Grid, positioning, and responsive design.
- Ability to build clean, responsive, and consistent user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
- Attention to UI details, usability, and accessibility.

1. Backend Fundamentals





- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and authentication.
- Basic working knowledge of Node.js and backend integration.
- Understanding of databases and CRUD operations.
- Ability to trace and debug issues across the frontend and backend.

Compensation and Growth
- First Month: ₹15,000 for the initial evaluation period.
- From the Second Month Onwards: Compensation will increase to ₹30,000 per month for candidates who demonstrate satisfactory performance, strong coding fundamentals, independent problem-solving, and the ability to deliver quality work.
- Performance Evaluation: During the first month, performance will be assessed through practical development tasks, code quality, problem-solving ability, learning speed, ownership, and overall contribution to GeoKhasra.
- Continuation of Employment: Continued employment will depend on satisfactory performance during the evaluation period. If a candidate's performance does not meet the role's expectations, GeoKhasra reserves the right to discontinue employment, subject to applicable employment terms and laws.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
