We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The role involves building user interfaces using React.js, developing backend services with Node.js and Express.js, integrating REST APIs, and managing database operations.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of front-end and back-end development, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side applications, business logic, and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- API Development and Integration: Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend applications and backend services.
- Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize database operations using MongoDB and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Application Development: Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve application errors, bugs, and performance issues.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend rendering, backend processing, API response times, and database queries to improve application performance.
- Code Quality:



Write clean, reusable, modular, and well-documented code while following software development best practices.
- Version Control: Use Git for source code management, collaboration, branching, and tracking development changes.
- Testing and Maintenance: Support application testing, bug fixing, code reviews, and ongoing maintenance to ensure software reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA testers, product managers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain documentation for application architecture, APIs, database structures, and development processes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Relevant experience in full stack development or web application development is preferred. Freshers with strong technical skills and project experience may also apply.
- Frontend Expertise: Good knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Backend Expertise: Understanding of Node.js, Express.js, server-side programming, and backend application architecture.
- API Knowledge:



Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and handling HTTP requests and responses.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with MongoDB, database design, CRUD operations, and query optimization.
- Version Control: Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies, development tools, and emerging software engineering practices.
