WritingJob Description: Full Stack Developer – AI/LLM/RAGJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience in frontend and backend development and practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, building backend services and REST APIs, integrating databases and third-party services, and implementing AI-powered features for SaaS and enterprise applications.

The candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with modern web technologies, and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build backend services, REST APIs, and application modules using Node.js/Express.js or Python with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, queries, and integrations using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Integrate LLM APIs to build AI assistants, chatbots, intelligent search, content generation, summarization, and document-analysis features.
- Develop RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, parsing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and context-aware response generation.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Implement prompt engineering, structured LLM outputs, streaming responses, context management, and error handling.
- Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms and implement API validation, logging, and access controls.
- Optimize application performance, API response times, database queries, and AI response latency.
- Write unit and integration tests,



troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, AI/ML engineers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Use Git-based development workflows, participate in code reviews, and support application deployment and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
- Practical experience building and maintaining web applications and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM integrations, Generative AI, or RAG-based applications.
- Knowledge of databases, application security, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop maintainable solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
