Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented Front Hostess to welcome customers and visitors at Luxury Cars. The candidate will be responsible for creating a premium first impression, managing front desk activities, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and walk-in clients professionally.
- Attend to customer queries and guide them to the concerned sales or service team.
- Manage incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor records and customer appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Admin teams for smooth customer handling.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide refreshments to customers as per company standards.
- Maintain professional communication, etiquette, and confidentiality.
- Support basic front-office administrative activities as required.

Candidate Requirements




- Qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in front office, hospitality, customer service, or a premium showroom.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Personality: Pleasant personality, confident attitude, and qualified grooming.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, telephone etiquette, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in luxury automobile showrooms, hotels, or premium hospitality will be preferred.
