Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries from students and families in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves managing appointment schedules, maintaining visitor records, and coordinating with counselors and other team members for smooth office operations.

Representative will also assist with basic administrative tasks, document handling,



and providing accurate information about services and ongoing programs. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including handling documents and scheduling appointments.
- Comfort using computers, email, and office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, and calendars).
- Ability to manage front desk operations, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive attitude toward supporting students and colleagues.
