Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Manage back office operations, ensuring effective processing of data and reports.
- Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Ensure accurate communication with team members through effective collaboration tools like MS Teams.
- Perform daily tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in Back Office Operations or related field (freshers welcome).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for report preparation (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong client coordination skills; willingness to learn new processes quickly.
