Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates interested in building their careers in Domestic IT Recruitment. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and assess their interest and suitability for job opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.




- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and job portals.
- Ability to work towards recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Good to Have:

- HR internship experience.
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or an HR-related educational background.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate screening.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Fresh graduates interested in Domestic IT Recruitment can apply.
- Candidates must have valuable communication skills and basic recruitment knowledge.
- Must be willing to work from our office in KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
- Candidates currently pursuing an MBA or other courses are not eligible.
- Must be interested in a full-time, permanent position.

Interview Process: Candidates will be evaluated based on their communication skills, confidence, basic recruitment knowledge, and interest in Domestic IT Recruitment.
