Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and provide effective resolutions.
- Manage renewal calls, follow-ups, and customer retention activities.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with existing customers for timely renewals.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Meet assigned service quality and renewal targets.

ROLE 2:



PRODUCT ADVISOR - TELECALLING / TELESALES / SALES

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain product features, perks, and relevant offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Drive sales, upselling, and conversion through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
