If you have steady customer base? then this role is for you
We are looking for an experienced Freight/Brokers having:
- 1-3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales or carrier sales (or a strong sales background with a willingness to learn)
- Working knowledge of trucking equipment types (dry van, reefer, flatbed, LTL, FTL) and the freight lifecycle
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-call-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; ability to learn a TMS and load boards quickly
- Strong organization, attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure
