Role OverviewWe are looking for an independent, results-driven Freelance Recruiter to partner with our team and source, screen, and place top-tier talent for open IT and Non-IT positions. This remote, flexible role is ideal for an experienced talent acquisition specialist who thrives on independent execution and target-based closures. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from job requisition analysis to candidate offer and onboarding support. [1, 2]
- Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and professional networks to source active and passive candidates. [1, 2]
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct resume reviews, technical/behavioral pre-screenings, and preliminary assessments. [1, 2]
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, gathering timely feedback. [1, 2]
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and active talent pools for current and future needs. [1, 2]
- Offer & Payout Management:



Assist in candidate follow-ups and manage placements in accordance with agreed-upon guarantee or retention periods (e.g., 60 to 90 days). [1, 2]

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with bulk hiring, lateral hiring, or specialized technical/sales recruitment depending on client briefs.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, independent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Structure
- Model: Commission-based, per-closure payout, or milestone-linked fee structure.
