Role Description The Freelance Social Media and Event Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns and on-ground events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This contract role is on-site in India and involves creating content calendars, designing or coordinating social media posts, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions across platforms.

The role also includes planning and organizing workshops, seminars, and client-focused events, coordinating logistics, vendors, and promotional activities. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals,



support lead-generation efforts through social media and events, and prepare regular reports on campaign and event performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design or visual communication.
- Location Jaipur, weekly visit in the office.
- Candidates should possess skills in event planning, vendor coordination, and in office event execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in marketing communication, brand promotion, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytics, reporting, and using social media tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Relevant experience in managing social media for businesses or brands, preferably in consulting or financial services.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local Indian languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in India with flexibility for event schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
