Working Hours: Fixed 2–3 Hours Daily

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Recruitment

Job Type: Freelance | Part-Time

Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Communication: Fluent Hindi & English

Compensation: ₹2,500 – ₹10,000 Per Eligible Successful Closure ( As Joined Candidate complete 60 Days )

Job Responsibilities :-

- Source and screen candidates for our open requirements.
- Submit qualified candidate profiles daily through the company CRM.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.
- Recruit for openings in Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.
- Source candidates with Hindi or English communication skills.

Requirements :-

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Own laptop, Android smartphone and Wi-Fi connection.
- Good sourcing, screening and communication skills.
- Ability to dedicate 2–3 hours daily and submit profiles consistently.

Payment & Career Growth :-

- Pay varies from ₹2,500 to ₹10,000 per eligible successful placement.




- Payment is made within 7 days of eligibility, through scheduled payment cycles on the 7th, 15th, 21st and 28th, or an earlier transfer where required.
- Consistent performers may be considered for full-time remote employment at ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 in-hand per month plus incentives.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
