- Responsible for providing end-to-end assistance to franchise partners, including onboarding, documentation, lead coordination, and resolving queries.

- Supports the sales team by managing partner communication, maintaining franchise records, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth operational processes to enhance franchise growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and assistance to students for academic advising, course selection Collaborate with academic department

- Coordinate support services for B2C & B2B

- Counselling of Franchise Students

- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational programs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees through regular communication and support

- Assist in the onboarding & inauguration process for current franchisees

- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

- Develop strategies to improve franchisee performance and profitability.

- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.





- Proven experience in franchise management or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of franchise operations, marketing, and sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented and proactive

- Study Abroad background

- 3 to 4 Country Knowledge

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business, or a related field)

- 1-3 years of experience in EdTech, study abroad consulting, or B2C sales

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to counsel, guide, and influence decision-making effectively

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Comfortable working with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite

- Prior experience with international admissions or working knowledge of study destinations is preferred

- Willingness to travel for events, seminars, and institutional visits Preferred

Experience

- Background in overseas education consulting, admissions, or academic counselling

- Familiarity with university application processes, including SOPs, LORs, and visa documentation

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

- Excellent in communication
