What you'll own

- Growth end to end, from acquisition through activation, retention and conversion to paid, measured on paying students
- Finding and scaling what works for students and parents: content, YouTube, Instagram, SEO, referrals and communities
- Running rapid experiments, reading the data, and doubling down or killing quickly




- Hiring and leading the growth team as we scale

You

- 8+ years in marketing or growth, including at least one product you grew from early stage to scale (Indian consumer, edtech or subscription apps ideal)
- Hands-on: you write, ship and analyse the work yourself
- You understand how Indian students and parents choose and what they trust
- You're fluent with funnels, cohorts and CAC/LTV
- You want ownership, not a job
