We are looking for a proactive, curious and high-energy generalist to work closely with the Founder's Office across research, sales, vendor sourcing, merchandising, marketing, e-commerce and business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to business decisions, client management and current business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Research: Research new business verticals, machinery, markets, competitors and potential clients.

- Sales & Business Development: Identify leads, attend client meetings, build relationships and explore growth opportunities.

- Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and onboard vendors through research and field visits.

- Merchandising & Product Development: Support sampling, sourcing, costing, coordination and order follow-ups.

- Marketing & E-commerce:



Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams, track campaigns and marketplace performance, and report results.

- Operations: Drive cross-functional projects, coordinate with teams and ensure timely execution.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
