Flickd is building AI-powered try-on infrastructure for the fashion industry, helping fashion brands bring virtual try-ons to their websites and physical stores. We’re moving fast, building aggressively, and solving real problems at the intersection of AI, fashion, and commerce.

The Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern who thrives in chaos, moves fast, and gets things done.

You’ll work directly with the founder across growth, sales, strategy, operations, and new initiatives. No two days will look the same. One day, you might be building a growth strategy; the next, closing a brand partnership, researching a new market, or figuring out how to solve an operational bottleneck.

This role is for someone who prefers taking action over waiting for instructions.

What You will Do

- Growth & Strategy: Identify growth opportunities, research markets, and help execute initiatives from scratch.
- Sales & Partnerships: Reach out to brands, build relationships, manage follow-ups, and help close deals.
- Founder’s Office: Work on high-priority projects that directly impact the company’s growth.
- Operations: Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and make sure things actually get done.
- Research & Analysis: Turn messy information into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Execution: Take ownership of projects end-to-end,



from figuring out the plan to making it happen.

- Someone who operates at 100 kmph and chooses speed over perfection.
- A self-starter who doesn’t need someone constantly checking on them.
- Someone who can switch between strategy and execution without complaining that it’s not their job.
- An excellent communicator who can talk to founders, customers, brands, and team members confidently.
- Someone resourceful who figures things out instead of getting stuck on problems.
- Someone comfortable with ambiguity, rapid changes, and a startup workplace.
- Someone who takes ownership and treats the company’s problems like their own.

Bonus points if: You’ve built something from scratch, worked at a startup, run a side project, organised something at scale, or have an impressive track record of getting things done.
