About the role

You will work directly with the founder to decide what Meta Fashion makes next. You’ll turn signals from the Roblox marketplace into products, and into better decisions for the creative team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn how a creator-economy business is run.

What you’ll do

- Study demand trends, top creators and pricing across the Roblox marketplace, and turn them into clear recommendations on what to design, launch or stop
- Run small product experiments (new item types, drops, price points, formats), track results and share what you learned
- Build and improve internal workflows, dashboards and trackers with engineers and AI tools, so the creative team spends less time on manual work
- Prepare weekly insight briefs for the founder: what’s selling, what’s rising, what competitors are doing
- Support the founder on special projects,



partnerships and planning as needed

What we’re looking for
- Curiosity about creator economies, digital goods and marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with spreadsheets, and ideally basic SQL or Python
- High agency: you start things without being asked, and you take problems from vague to solved
- Good visual taste, and the ability to judge what looks right for an audience
- Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or similar) to build useful internal tools and speed up your work
- Transparent written communication, and the ability to present findings in short, usable formats

Nice to have
- Familiarity with Roblox, avatar or UGC fashion, or gaming marketplaces (a plus, not a requirement)
- Background in consulting, strategy, product analytics, a founder’s office or a startup
- Experience with trend research or marketplace data
