Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B; Manager to oversee the entire Food & Beverage operations at Pragati Resorts, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent guest service standards, and the ability to manage restaurant, banquet, and catering operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall Food & Beverage service operations, including restaurants, banquet halls, outdoor catering, and other F&B; outlets.
2. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, hospitality, food service, and customer relations.
3. Plan and coordinate banquet functions, weddings, corporate events, conferences, and special occasions.
4. Manage departmental budgets, food and beverage costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
5. Monitor revenue generation, profitability, and departmental performance.
6. Supervise, train, motivate, and develop F&B; staff and departmental supervisors.
7. Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Stores, and other departments.
8. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and applicable statutory requirements.
9. Monitor service quality, guest feedback, complaints,



and corrective actions.
10. Prepare duty rosters, manpower plans, operational reports, and departmental budgets.
11. Control wastage, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper utilization of resources.
12. Implement SOPs and continuously improve service standards and operational efficiency.

Qualification

- Three-year Hotel Management Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in reputed hotels and resorts.
- Solid experience in F&B; service, restaurant operations, banquet management, and team leadership.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage cost control and budgeting.
- Guest relationship management and complaint handling.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ability to manage high-volume banquet and resort operations.
