Job Summary

We are looking for a service-oriented and proactive F&B; Executive to support the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, maintain service standards, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, and brand presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service and order accuracy.
- Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.
- Supervise staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and service readiness.
- Assist in staff training, duty allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory, operating supplies, and wastage to support cost control.
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, promotions, and upselling.
- Coordinate table management,



reservations, and guest requirements.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and business targets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in fine dining or premium restaurants.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and POS systems.
- Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, presentable, proactive, and sales-oriented.

Preferred Background Experience in fine dining, premium casual dining, multicuisine restaurants, or all-day dining establishments will be an advantage.
