We are looking for a responsible and experienced Floor In-Charge to join our service centre.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations and monitor workflow.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and the workshop team.
- Monitor repair quality and maintain Suzuki service standards.
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and timely vehicle delivery.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in automobile service centre or workshop operations.
- Positive knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair procedures.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
