Job Purpose To coordinate vehicle and equipment deployment, utilization, maintenance, and operating records for railway project operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the deployment and daily operations of project vehicles, construction equipment, and machinery.

- Monitor vehicle and equipment availability, utilization, movement, working hours, and productivity across project sites.

- Maintain vehicle-wise fuel consumption, mileage, operating hours, maintenance expenses, and utilization reports.

- Monitor fuel consumption and identify abnormal fuel usage, low mileage, and operational inefficiencies.

- Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and breakdown resolution with mechanics, workshops, and site teams.

- Maintain vehicle and equipment records, including insurance, permits,



fitness certificates, and other statutory documents.

- Coordinate with drivers, operators, site engineers, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely equipment deployment.

- Track idle time, maintenance costs, and equipment performance, and submit regular reports to management.

- Ensure timely updating of fleet-related information in ERP and other reporting systems.

Mandatory Experience: Experience in fleet management, heavy vehicles, construction equipment, or machinery operations. Railway/EPC project exposure will be preferred.
