- Bachelors degree or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, M.C.A, or M.Sc. (CS), or CA

- 9-13 years of experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, or process improvement

- Experience supporting FP&A; processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

- Experience developing standard operating procedures, variance analyses, or management reporting

Preferred

- Experience with OneStream or Anaplan

- Experience with automation tools, including robotic process automation, macros, or scripting

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

- Experience supporting Fortune 100 clients

- Knowledge of consulting commercial models, including time and materials and fixed fee

- Lean, Six Sigma, or change management certification
