Looking for candidates from CFS or Logistics Industry.

1. Oversee the complete finance and accounts function, including financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

2. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures, including finalization of balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and audit schedules.

3. Monitor budgeting, cash flow, working capital, profitability, and cost control across CFS terminals and warehouse locations.

4. Ensure accurate revenue recognition, customer billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and outstanding collections.

5. Prepare and analyse MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis for management review.

6. Monitor operating costs, vendor payments,



and location-wise financial performance to improve profitability.

7. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.

8. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.

9. Establish effective financial controls, accounting procedures, and risk management practices across all locations.

10. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies.
