You will be responsible for visiting client and loan applicant business premises to conduct comprehensive financial health checks, risk evaluations, and verification. Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Client & Business Verification: Travel to business premises, operational units, and residential locations of loan or credit applicants to conduct firsthand financial checks and risk profiling.
- Personal Discussions & Fact-Finding: Conduct structured personal discussions with business owners, promoters, and borrowers to evaluate business stability, cash flow realities, and intent to repay.
- Asset & Collateral Assessment: Physically inspect business inventory, machinery, infrastructure, and asset quality to validate reported net worth and balance sheet details.
- Creditworthiness & Repayment Analysis: Analyze financial statements, business records, and day-to-day operations on-site to assess risk parameters,
debt-servicing capabilities, and potential fraud red flags.
- Detailed Reporting for Lenders: Compile meticulous, factual, and standardized risk reports containing all required touchpoints and metrics needed by banks and financial institutions to make informed lending decisions.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all observations strictly adhere to internal risk matrices, regulatory frameworks, and audit guidelines.
