We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to drive financial reporting, planning, business partnering, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting &
- Month-End Close:

Lead month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, management reporting, and financial controls.

- Financial Planning &

- Analysis:

Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to support business decisions.

- Business Partnering:

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to evaluate business performance, profitability, investments, and growth opportunities.

- Management Reporting &

- Insights:

Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

- Team Leadership &

- Development:

Set team objectives, coach and mentor finance professionals, manage workloads, and strengthen team capabilities.

- Process Improvement:





Enhance reporting processes, systems, data quality, and financial controls through standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Management:

Provide technical finance guidance, challenge assumptions constructively, and support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Expertise in financial controls, reconciliations, management reporting, and performance management.

- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.

- Experience in team management, coaching, and process improvement.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
