Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.

- Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.

- Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and financial variances against budgets and forecasts.

- Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

- Monitor key financial metrics, identify trends, and recommend areas for cost optimisation.

- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other business teams to collect and validate financial data.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial information.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Support audits and compliance-related reporting, wherever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or management reporting.

- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,



including pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial modelling.

- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work with large datasets and present financial insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Finance, CA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.

- Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.

- Experience in an e-commerce or multinational business setting.

- Familiarity with financial planning systems and ERP platforms.

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

- Budget and forecast accuracy.

- Quality of financial analysis and business insights.

- Identification of cost-saving and profitability improvement opportunities.

- Timely completion of reporting and closing activities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
