Finance & Operations Executive — Freshers Preferred

Location: Chennai | Full-time, Work from Office

Qualification: B.Com / BBA

About the Role

Support daily finance and office operations at a technology company, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Update customer payments, maintain accounting records, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Verify vendor bills and support payments, TDS, refunds, payouts, and subscriptions.
- Maintain invoices, payment reports, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate bank/KYC work and visit banks when required.
- Purchase IT equipment and office supplies locally.
- Coordinate vendors, asset pickup, delivery, replacements, and returns.





Final payment approvals remain with the Directors.

Requirements

- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive spoken and written English.
- Willingness to learn Zoho Books and online payment tools.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and consistent follow-up.
- Comfortable with customer/vendor communication and local operational visits.

Please note: This role combines desk-based finance work with outside operational tasks. It is suitable for B.Com/BBA graduates. MBA candidates are also welcome to apply if they are willing to handle both finance and outside operational responsibilities. Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
