We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with Zoho Books, and practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment records using Zoho Books.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and vendor payments.
- Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Manage TDS calculations, payments, returns, and statutory documentation.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Analyse financial performance, expenses,



and profitability.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books preferred.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in AP, AR, budgeting, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
