We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA preferred) with a strong command of Zoho Books and a track record of leading finance functions in dynamic business environments. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and internal controls

- Manage cash flow, cost control, and working capital

- Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders

- Support strategic decision-making through financial insights

Skills:





- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws

- Financial analysis and strategic planning

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Problem-solving and process optimization

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts

- ERP or accounting software experience, especially Zoho Books
